Tia Rhianna Phillips joins GO LEAN Ltd as Graduate Product Design Engineer.

Tia graduated from Brunel University London with a degree in Product Design Engineering, winning the Peter Swain memorial award for outstanding contribution to Brunel, and The Brunel+ Gold Award.
Tia was a director of Made in Brunel in 2024, an initiative developing strong relationships with consultancies, professional designers and experts, who work alongside Made in Brunel to help provide student designers with the best opportunities and develop their practical skills to make them industry-ready.

Tia has a passion for human-centered and sustainable design. This passion aligns with the GO LEAN mission to create safe, efficient and electric solutions for industry and consumers.
Tia will be instrumental in supporting product design, engineering, marketing and STEM activities and is already working with our CEO to prepare a workshop for a prestigious college, more details to follow.
Tia interned at PepsiCo, working on research and development projects.

Tia and Oliver have been working together since the Brunel Professional Mentoring Programme in 2021.
