By partnering with global giants like Siemens, Kuka, Blickle, MiR, and Universal Robots, we deliver cutting-edge results across three core areas: LEAN MOVE® for material handling, automation & robotics, and complex heavy lifting, LEAN Factory™ for factory transformation and digital twin simulations, and GO Serve™ for dedicated machine maintenance and robotics optimization.

Our History




2018

GO LEAN Founded

GO LEAN was founded with a vision of building a leading engineering and technology organisation, with an initial focus on digital transformation consultancy and delivering automation & robotics, material handling and lifting products.



 
2021

Howden Compressors

GO LEAN & New Intelligence deliver a major digital transformation project, including mapping, workshops, and digital twin development for Howden Compressors Scotland.




2021

Gates Foundation

GO LEAN delivers a Gates Foundation funded  lights-out automated factory design and simulation, for  a printed circuits manufacturer in the pharma industry, later acquired by Sapphiros. The project received commendations from Bill Gates.




2021

First EMOVEFORK was manufactured

The first EMOVEFORK was manufactured, establishing the foundation of the material handling range. 




2025

Framework Agreements

GO LEAN wins framework agreements for engineering & project management support for e-mobility drives & controls.



2025

GO SERVE™

GO SERVE™ delivers a bowl feeder optimisation project for a high value electronics special purpose machine.

GO LEAN PREMISES

 GO LEAN moved into its new facilities August 2025, expanding its operations to a total of over 1,000 sqft, excluding the yard and external spaces. The site has available public parking and in the future GO LEAN is planning to make electric charging spaces available.



2025

£15M AUTOMATION PROJECT

£15m project to deliver AMRs and integrated ASRS systems scheduled for 2027-2030 delivery.

EMOVELIFT £16B CUSTOMER

First aerospace & defence order for an indoor and outdoor remote controlled mobile robot lifter in a high value and cleanroom manufacturing environment.



2026

SIEMENS PARTNERSHIP

Siemens Partnership for Digital Transformation and Autonomous Mobile Robotics, including fleet management.



2026

GO SERVE™ REFURB

GO SERVE™ wins feeder refurb contract with £17.6 billion revenue client.

SEE AMR PROTOTYPE

The SEE AMR prototype begins production.

Oliver is a chartered engineer with 28 years industry experience developing innovative solutions and teams, winning awards, including the Operational Research Society President’s Medal, Smart Factory, and Witness Simulation of the Year. Oliver founded GO LEAN Ltd, in 2018, with a vision of building a leading automation, material handling and lifting machinery OEM, developing safe, efficient, and electric solutions for SMEs and blue chip clients.
